In this first official episode of the podcast, I discuss one of the most common issues where people struggle in our society: losing and gaining the same weight over and over and over.
If you're familiar with Intuitive Eating and its 10 principles, you should know where my approach to addressing this issue is going to take us. However, if most of what you are familiar with is the idea that you just need to find the right diet, stay disciplined, eat the right foods, avoid the bad foods, etc. then my hope is that you'll be intrigued by another perspective on this age-old problem.
