And don’t forget the ingredients, as well! Remember the fewer ingredients, the better. Going back to tip 3, foods in the perimeters are more wholesome foods that contain 1-3 ingredients. Be sure to give those nutrition labels a glance to help you invest in healthier foods for your diet.

5. Shop With a Buddy
